Our Services
Predictive Demand & Auto-Reorder
FuelNetics turns live tank-gauge and POS data into hour-by-hour demand forecasts, so you always know when each tank will hit its reorder point and how much to order. The platform applies your site rules (min/max levels, supplier contracts, delivery windows) and automatically creates clean, ready-to-approve orders. Teams get clear “order-by” timers, depletion ETAs, and what-if scenarios for events or weather swings—so stockouts stop being surprises and safety stock stops being guesswork.
Unified Wetstock Monitoring & Compliance
One dashboard for every tank, across every site. FuelNetics watches levels, temperature, water ingress, variances and pump status in real time, then filters the noise into actionable alerts with root-cause hints. Daily reconciliation and audit-ready reports are generated automatically, with a full history for inspectors and insurers. We integrate with the hardware you already have (ATGs, POS) via secure connectors, so managers gain 24/7 visibility without ripping and replacing equipment.
Delivery Planning & Route Optimization
As orders come in, FuelNetics builds efficient drop plans that maximize truck fill factors and minimize empty kilometers—while respecting constraints like time windows, compartment splits, product segregation and driver hours. Dispatch sees live ETAs, truck locations and bay status, and can handle exceptions like rush orders or site closures with a click. Schedules are shareable with drivers and partners, and APIs connect to your TMS/telematics, making every run denser, calmer and more predictable.
About
our company
FuelNetics was founded in 2025 in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, out of a simple observation: stations were still phoning in orders while trucks drove with spare capacity. We built a lightweight, interoperable layer that lets existing gauges and systems talk to each other—and to the people who run them.
